Maundy Thursday Service
We will gather on Thursday, April 1 at 7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary for our Maundy Thursday service.
This moving worship experience will begin with the sharing of the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper and will move into a Service of Darkness.
We will experience through Scripture and music the final hours before our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was crucified.
Many have commented that this is the most moving worship services they have ever experienced.
Plan on joining your church family on Maundy Thursday.
Women's Bible Study
When: Beginning February 2nd
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Where: Fireside Room
We will be using a study and video series, Captivating, Unveiling the Mystery of a Women’s Soul by John and Staci Edredge. The study guide which each participant will need is on the bookstore shelf in the church library and costs $10.00. For those who want to spend more time and dig deeper, there is a guided journal at a cost of $10.00. When you buy the study guide or the guided journal, please write your check to The Village Church.
Our first meeting on February 2 will be an introductory lesson. We will begin Chapter One on February 9 and will continue through April 13.
Hope to see all of you there. It promises to be a great study in how God looks at you as a woman!
Good News Club
For ages K through 5th grade.
Bible stories, songs, memory verses, games, snacks, and prizes. Parents are welcome to watch or help.
